Title: list index out of bounds (482)

I was revisiting some module areas I created in 2007-2008 and when I tried to view the area it self (right click on the extended name in the toolset) I had this error, and then the toolset just went dead. When I tried to load a server with the module or through the toolset to test it, both time the nwnserver and the client game died on me.

Any Idea?
