Title: Ferrit Pandorn doesn't exist on West Server

Bioware Name:  Serissa1
 
 Problem:  Ferrit Pandorn does not appear as a selectable character at sign-in on West server, although she does appear on Central (and promptly gets booted.)
 
 Help!

Hi Ferrit,

We think we've fixed this particular problem this morning. Please try logging Ferrit in again and confirm she's back where she's supposed to be. Post below if you are still experiencing difficulties!
