Title: New Player Problem With Account Activation

My son created a forum account and is prepared to submit his first character on Layonara for approval. He has played on other servers for a couple of years and I think he's ready for a more advanced RP one.

He plugged in my e-mail address, but the activation has not been received, even after the auto-resend function was used. It has not been filtered out either.

Was curious if there have been issues with it for other players, and perhaps if there is a way for someone to manually send it? His Forum Account Name is happyslappy. :)

It is my work account... I have never had issues receiving mail before. Do you think it could be filtered out at the server level? If so, I can provide an alternate yahoo account..

It's possible it could be filtered at the server level.  We have had that problem before with some spam filters registering Layonara's automated e-mails as spam.

Try a secondary account; if that still doesn't work, get back to us.
