Title: Characters Not Showing Up

My characters Maelverik Reznar and Maelstrom Orestes have suddenly dissappeared. When I log in it shows nothing in the server vault.

I'm not sure what the problem might be.  Both characters are in the vault, so there's that at least.  

I think this happened to someone else not long ago, and the issue, whatever it was, cleared up with a server reset.

My Character Jilseponie Kendall is not showing up either.  At least not in the Load In Screen for character Choosings.

Log in at Bioware is Drgnhart.

Just to let you know the servers resetting didnt help. Im sure you guys are probably on the problem just wanted to make sure you knew that.

Yes the problem is still happening. I have tried to login on my computer, and my brothers computer ( which is working on layo currently -- Count Czukay)
Both times I see that I have no characters to chose from. I beleive by now both servers have been reset twice since I have been experiencing the problem.  A previous comment mentioned that my characters are "still in the vault"...well if you all can go in and see all of my gear and such, maybe we might have to do a character rebuild just on the Maelverick Reznar character...the rest of my characters dont matter....so if it is necessary for you all to login and see what gear I have , etc....should we go and do a character rebuild?  Please advise, thanks folks.

According to our logs, you appear to be using the wrong Bioware name.

All your characters are under "Maelstrom_Mind" (points at the underscore).  You've been logging in as "MaelstromMind" (note the lack of an underscore).
