Title: Question for Private Journals

I would like to start a private journal for my new character, how do I go about it?

Do I start their journal as normal and make a request? Or can I just go to private journals and start a new thread there?

Just start a journal in the private forum. Only you and properly accessed individuals (i.e. CA staff and GMs) will be able to see it. It only seems tricky!
