Title: map bug

In some places (e.g. Blackford castle west outskirts) the map is just white. Nothing But White. The map pins are there but that is about the only detail. It is the same on some roads, you can see the road on the map but nothing else.

Yep, this is known and a bug in the tileset.

That is to say (to clarify Dorganath's post), the tileset employed on the maps in question does not have corresponding minimap tiles for some terrain features, so they appear as blank spaces.  This is not something that is likely to be corrected.

(In my experience, it also has very little impact on gameplay.)
