Title: Alright got a few question for a distant future

first: When you get feats that have a stat criteria, example strength or any other. Are the racial adjustments taken into account for them ,or are the feats calculated pre racial adjustments?
 
 Second: Would Epic Damage Reduction stack with Epic Barbairan damage reduction?

First: No. The racial adjustment to stats from the "skin" is applied mechanically as a magical boost to the stat, and therefore does not count toward feat requirements, just like wearing a magical ring that increases a stat will not grant you the requirements to take a feat.

Second: Yes. Damage Reduction stacks. Damage Resistance does not.
