Title: possible bug

When I went of with Frak the Goblin the first time, the head changed and then I got booted - which is to be expected - but when I went on after that, the skin colour had changed, but the head had reverted to normal. I think something went wrong.

Please help :(

oh, and not all the racial adjustments on the stats were there either

It's not a "bug" exactly, just that the goblin skin doesn't apply properly automatically.

Just contact a GM in-game and have him/her help you out with appearances and such.
