Title: Computer Settings

Does anyone know of a computer setting that will help you get better performance out of your internet connection?

I recently bought a new computer and generally it performs much better, but the occassional lag I see seems to last longer than before and I'm wondering if there's a setting that would help improve this.  I use a wireless connection.

Lag in which program?  In Neverwinter, or in (just as an example) Firefox?

I remember when I upgraded my PC from a glorified Mobilephone to the powerhouse PC I have now ( or had)

I experienced lots of lag playing, more than my lesser PC had ever suffered, and after tweaking with the "sound" settings for NWN, it amazingly did the trick.
Give it a try.
