In posts in the market halls, elegant handwriting states the following....

[SIZE=18]I have in my possession one perfect set of Bracers of Armor.  The pawner decided to insult me with a price of 180 True, so I grant you the ability to better it.

Bids start at the aforementioned price.   Bidding must proceed in minimum increments of 100 (though higher increments are allowed).   Bidding stops one week after the last, highest, bid has been made.
