*The goblin known as Frakk catches a glimpse of red color in a darkened doorway on the seedy streets of Fort Vehl. The sun is setting and darkness is creeping into the narrow streets of the town. As he cautiously approaches the darkened alcove to sate his curiosity, he jumps back when he sees the grinning tooth-filled maw of a small red devil tucked into the corner. As he prepares to attack the creature he pauses when he sees it hold out a folded parchment sealed with a black waxen skull. The devil lays it on the step, whips its long forked tail around it's diminutive body, and disappears into arcane invisibility.*
