Title: Parchment Folder Availability

Are parchment folders (http://forums.layonara.com/layonara-server/101371-parchment-folder-lore-system-usage.html) still available for purchase from the General vendors? The option to purchase one in the conversation doesn't seem to be appearing.

I just checked the one in Krashin and he has one.  Did you have at least 10gp on you?  If so, which vendor did you check?
