Alrighty,
My son accidently clicked on the "Do Not Show This Again" button that comes up when you get a party invite, thus he sees no invites and has to invite me all the time, or if we're going in a group he misses the party invite. Any ideas on how to fix this? I can't find anything in the option section in NWN.
Thanks,
Merlin34 and Teo

You need to go into one of the .ini files in the NWN folder. I don't remember which but I've done it before. Need to switch some setting. dunno what exactly atm
-
go into NWNplayer.ini and turn...
THIS!
DisablePartyInvitePopup=0
Into... errr... erased...
-
Wait! I mean turn
DisablePartyInvitePopup=1
into
DisablePartyInvitePopup=0
-
So just delete the whole line?
I don't want to do something stupid here by misinterpreting the directions! ;)
Edit.........
So... Second option?:)
(thanks Shiff!)

Yes! When I give myself time to think before hitting Post I tend to post the right answer the first time...
But not today ...

OK... help for the technologically challenged please...
where in the world is the... ini... files? There is no folder listed that has that name in NWN. (or at least that I can find)
My Thanks,

They should be in the same folder as the .exe file, not in one of the other folders inside that.
Your computer may be set so that file extensions aren't visible, so the file may just be called "NWNplayer" and have a generic icon.

The NWNplayer.ini is kept in the install folder that you installed NeverWinter Nights and under NWN directory.
For example my install of c: \\NeverwinterNights therefore the nwnplayer.ini is under c: \\neverwinternights\\nwn\\nwnplayer.ini.
