Title: SpellSword SpellFailure

Description: Character has 2 levels in Spellsword, giving a 20% Arcane spellfailure bonus. Recently when casting in only Chain Shirt ( -20% Arcane Spellfailure) he's been having spells fail.
Location: NP
Verified: Unfortunately, Screenshots don't seem to capture chat/logs.

Reproducable: Happened twice in one sitting


Edit: Noticed that upon logging in, you need to take the armour off, and put it back on again to see the 0% spell failure and have it working again.

i found this happens if you just logged on and havent swapped your amour at all. If you take it off then back on it works like its intended.

You need the "empty creature skin" for it to work, just equip and unequip your weapon or anything and the effect should work
