Could a GM place the Creature Card NPCs and such in the Twin Dragons Inn? With the Arms still a hole in the ground, those of us how play it can't. And I'd like to be able to play it!.
And can I bump this after each server reset? At least until the Arms is back up?

That would be fine with me, Tyrian being the owner of the Twin Dragon and all. The card players were briefly put there after the fire but have since wandered off.
So if the GMs want to stick them in the Twin Dragon, they are more than welcome to do so.
