Eschew Materials I: The Spell Caster can ignore any material components needed for any spells level 1 through 3.
Eschew Materials I apparently doesn't apply for Greater Magic Weapon. Isn't it suppose to?
Thanks,

GMW is a level 4 cleric spell. The feat takes the cue from that, rather than what level it is for you personally. For another example, because confusion is a level 4 wiz/sorc spell, bards cannot eschew its components with only the first feat.
Edit - sorry, to clarify: I didn't mean it is based on the cleric level, but rather that it is based on the highest level.

The highest caster level for a spell is used when applying this feat. For example, Greater Magic Weapon is a third leved Bard/Sorcerer/Wizard spell but a fourth level Cleric spell; the material component for this spell is required unless the caster has taken the Eschew Materials II feat.
As Acacea posted, This was taken from the very LORE page, and put exactly that example
