Title: Fabric Dyes

I cannot find them at the merchants anymore.  Is there a different way to dye clothes now?

Yes,

The fabric dyes went out a long time ago. Colouring is now an option at the same crafting stations where you modify and change the look of clothes, armour and cloaks.

In Hemp its right at the back.

From this day forth everyone is to wear Pink clothes with Green and blue stripes. No more dyeing anything any other color.  :P
