In the LORE page about speed reduction it says the command /o c speed "xx" or =c speed "xx"
I'm afraid that command isn't right or isn't working.
The command that do work how ever is /o c slow "xx" or =c slow "xx"

As a note, doing some confirmation on this.

Eh hehe I just noticed it today while trying to remember the command with my own monk.

I use =c slow 0 and =c slow 99 all the time. I tried speed instead of slow just a minute ago and it did nothing.
Things are bolded and blue here instead of inside quotes for clarity; if quotes are used in the command (like =c slow "99" rather than =c slow 99), the command doesn't work. It looks like it works (the "Character controls movement speed" thingy pops up), but it doesn't actually affect the speed. Yes, I just tested that, too, heh. There is a huge difference between Jennara's normal and slowed speeds, so it was pretty obvious that =c slow "99" didn't do anything while =c slow 99 did. That's all just to suggest careful use of quotes on the LORE page or anywhere else the command may be documented.

I agree with this 100% even though it's indicated on the page itself not to use the quotes. It could potentially still be confused if quick glanced through.

Updated [LORE]Monk and Barbarian Speed Reduction[/LORE] to reflect the working command.
