Well O'ive been makin me rounds about Mistone. O'ive seen many new cities and towns and have found me ways te help some good folk. Been keep'n de roads clear of bandits n oter badies, especially de Goblins dat got der base camp in a red cavern near Hlint. Vorax has blessed me and kept me safe n Oi em truly thankful dat he has chosen to shine on meh.
I seek ways to serve him in all Oi do and he always shows me a way to do his will. Oi've met some real nice adventer'n folk and also some fellow Voraxians. Zig be one of me best friends now. He serves Vorax but he does it in a natural way. He don't loike minin n such, but he makes Vorax proud and es a good kinsman.
Had a real strong Voraxian war party de oter day. Some real foine dwarven folks were with meh along wit some oter humans me tinks. We ventured te de Draogon Isles to clear de paths tru the isles and make dem safe of the moradin beasts. Vorax was proud of us dis day as we all fought bravely in battle and killed many a foul beast. We conquered a cave inhabited by some nasty bassered minatours. De were tough opponents and fought very strong. By Vorax we won the cave and pushed de beasts back. Dis day Oi fought with some proud Voraxian Kinsman who Oi will name: Yurax Proudax, Gunder Harbist, Zigruum Frostbeard, Brarrg Rarrgralinson and Jacrum Shieldbreaker.
We had a bit of an interestin squable outside de cave with a Grey Dwarf (Gladyus) dat jus showed up. He wanted to join us, but me and Yurax n Zig told em to get or he'd be sorry. He didn't take us serious loike, so we had let it know we would not tolerate its koind. Vorax be praised dat we ran the evil away as de coward it was cause it would nay stand n foight. It's talk bout Prantz n such made meh sick n Oi was glad we beat it scared. Made meh proud dat we kinsman stood our ground and let all know that Vorax will not be messed with. FOR VORAX!
Dis Oi learned. Well, Yurax was deh one dat initially stood his ground against deh Deep Dwarf, n Oi only helped by back'n him up. I sat on deh soidelines till Yurax made his move. Oi shoulda been first teh do somtin as soon as Oi knew he be a Deep Dwarf n dat he was taunting his evil ways. Next toime Oi come across one Oi'll beh ready. Praise Vorax fer dis lesson.

Vorax be praised. We traveled to de Gloom woods de oter day n smited some undead toype creatures. Meh, Zig, Gunder and some otter dwarf the name escapes me now all traveled der and by Vorax put the beasts down. Vorax gave us strength to do his will and every day I follow his path fer me Oi grow stronger. Oi even managed te get a nify cloak outa de mission by some ole badger dat was held up in a fort near by; he wanted em put down too but Oi can't remember why. Oi did it cause Vorax guided me der and lead me to thet beast so that his will could be known and his name be heard across dat land and feared by the foul beasts.
On another day we formed an even stronger Voraxian Warparty. Meh, Zig, Gunder, and Unther and dis carrot top named Dot. Unther follows Dorand, but on dis day we were doing Vorax's business so on this day Oi praised him for his help. Dot be a human mercanary toype, but she fought well, and helped our Voraxian warparty prevail in battle. We put many a goint down in Dregar in glorious battle, shouting VORAX through out the land so all de goints would know and fear Him.
Sometin unusual happened on de way out. We were comin outa a cave full of foire opal deposits when Unther ran into a trap on our way oot. Dat was not der before...someone had came up behoind us loike. We found de bassered round de corner...Dark Elves. Evil, dark-meat hybrids of the surface long ears. By Vorax we slayed each n every one of them. We couldn't a dun it wit out de Father of Battle that day ...Oi just know it. Oim not sure were de be comin from, but Oi heard somtin bouot darkies bein held up by de Gray's in Prantz. Maybe de let em loose n dats were de been hoidn out. Eiter way, now they not beein n issue anymore. Slayed and Put to death on de spot. Vorax has shown favor to me n meh comrads and fer dat Oim eternally greatful...I will continue to strive to do his will every day.
Dis Oi learned. In deh battle te glorify Vorax deh dwarves n deh true Voraxians beh deh best of comrades, but Oi will come across others dat Oi will foind can serve His purpose aswell. Oi would loike te make a note bout some crypt Oi went in de that some called Storan's. There be undead, mummies, des dark shadowy toype creatures n some oters. All abominations and enemies of Vorax. I was proud dis day te cleanse the place of evil and put a smoile on His face. I enjoy doing His work and every day I praise his name for allowing me to be in His service.
I am growing fonder n fonder of Gunder n Zig especially. We have many talks bout Vorax and how to know his will and best serve em. My faith continues te grow with me fellow kinsmen and Brothers of Vorax. It helps te have a support group of believers te keep de faith strong. I will hunt wit dem till my days are done n Vorax takes me to his side.

Met a kinsman deh other day named Belly Tinker. Hunted wit em down in deh forest on Dregar. He tell meh he can't choose between Dorand er Vorax. I told em I was a Paldin of Vorax and troied ta convince em ta come ta Vorax. He say he loike em both...Vorax fer foightn n Dorand when he be at deh anvil. I tell em Vorax be the true god ta follow as he gives us power n moight tru out deh day, ta battle our enemies n do what be roight as dwarves. Also, dat he can pay respects ta Dorand n his followers, but ifn he wants to feel the full glory of Vorax in battle den he needs ta choose.
He said he tink bout it n I nay pressure him ta much. I'll give deh kin some toime n hopefully he come around. I planted deh seed loike n now I hope he comes round not by meh preachn but by meh acts and devotion.
Had a good run deh oter day down at an ole goblin camp in deh Forest of Dregar. Bunch a folk come...and kin te. We slayed deh blood bassereds n made meh feel good te, cause dats where meh n Zig done went ta before n got beat down. We was toired n used bad tactics, but we fought wit honor n doied respectul loike. Nay dwell on dat, dis toime we came back n fought em good n made Vorax proud.
I enjoy huntin wit deh Voraxian kin...I come ta know three now dat I been traveln wit alot...Zig, Gunther n Yurax. Not much can stop us four n I feel the power of Vorax strong in us when we be battln. It seems dat deh more Voraxians weh got in our warparty deh power of Vorax be stronger n stronger. I look forward ta more travels wit fellow Voraxians and it strenthens meh faith ta have em round. Praise be ta deh Fatha of Battle!

Funny ting now dat Oive been out n about, been seein all toypes of goblins, orcs, n other creatures dat talk n seem ta act normal loike. Don't know wat ta make of it. Was out one toime n ran into a horde of goblins in deh redlight caverns n all of em said deh were foightn deh red loight goblins...sometin bout some civil war. There was bout foive ov dem n they had all der pets out te, so I was a bit outnumbered. Lucky fer meh day spoke ta meh n asked meh to join dem, but I declined asn I wasnt sure of der purpose n der trust. I pray ta Vorax ta help meh with these situations. For the most part I stay way from des toype creatures, but I must admit some a dem seem not so bad from what I could tell. I'll keep meh guard up fer now, but also meh moind open meh tinks on dis one.
I also been meetn lots of folk dat worship all koinds of different gods. Lots of Illsare type lovers out der. Some of dem Illsarians even think of dem selves as foighters, imagine dat. I revel when I can foight long side meh Voraxian kin, but sometoimes fate steers meh into a situtaion where meh purpose is deh same as deh Illsarians. I pray to Vorax fer guidance on these toype pridiciments. I make sure deh others know I am a Voraxian Paladin and dat we gona do tings Vorxian way. Still, ders lots of confusion der when ye run wit other god worshipers and lots of wasted talk bout dem tryin ta say der god is dis n dat. This be somtin I have to battle with much in de future meh tinks, and hopefully Vorax will lead meh to keep my resolve and further his purpose, but still be able ta work wit others ifn deh need be der.
I noticed deh stars fer Toran be dimmer dan normal loike. Heard rumors about Toranities feeln less ov der powers. I hope this ends soon, cause weh need de Toran followers, n day got a foine clergy dat helps Vorax n his ways. I will speak to meh brothers about what weh can do and also to deh Toranities. If Toran be weak, den Vorax need to be stronger ta make up fer da gap in power. Our enemies will certainly be tryin ta take advantage of dis situtaion, so we need ta not show weakness, but more outward strenth. Praise be ta Vorax!

"Culling the Trolls" - Osxmallard 7/5/10
Dis be a good day, cause I helped some folk chase down some trolls dat were tryoin ta raid deh area near Lan's Port. I was nay der for deh initial assault, but met up wit deh group as deh prepared ta give chase after deh beasts. We had a large group met heavy resistance as we tracked dem. We battled shaman n warrior trolls. Weh foinally found deh evil pit in a cave loike. Many of us fell in battle, but by Vorax it was glorious battle! We killed all dat weh saw and claimed name to dah cave.
Vorax be praised cause he showed meh my strenths n weaknesses in battle dis day. Weh made some poor tactical decisions, n Oi know now I never shoulda stood fer it. Next toime I speak meh moind, n wait till all deh group assembled before we strike a large force. We got hit on two flanks, n Oi shoulda seen dat comin too. I will survey deh lay of deh land betta next toime, n come up wit a betta battle plan. Vorax be praised fer shown meh my mistakes n never given up on meh.
Deh battle was victorious n I know now even more the power of Vorax! His might flows thru meh axe n I can feel a tingle down meh spoine as I enter battle and know He der stride fer stride wit meh. I spread deh word of Vorax in all of meh travels n Oi feel his name and recognition becomin stronga n stronga. More n more folks be know'n Vorax n the good deeds I in kin be doin. Oi went ta go see about a feller dat needed some help. I got ta deh tavern der in Fort Vehl n found meh self wit a bunch of utter folks. Dis brash human came out say'n he needs help recovern soma his tings from some peace lover toypes. Roight from deh get it didn't rub meh roight. Why he need help against some whimpies? He not man nuff ta get his own tings from dem? Why would da loight weights be takn his stuff n da first place?
Well, seems he nay wanted ta give many details n didn't care bout how da job was done. I left all dem shady folks der n told em ta go get da stuff himself ifn he was man enuff. This was no deed ta glorify Vorax and Oi nay wanted His name associated wit somtin loike dis. My toime n energy best serve Vorax in glorious battle, not some underhanded hit on some folks I knew notin abut. Redeemer's Quest - Call of the Land - 8/24/10 (retyped lost forum post)
Aye, so we went teh Krashin te seek out why deh wolves on deh oice be kill'n folk n investigate rumors a unusual tings der. Weh got der n met a bunch a others dat came te help. We sat n talked whoile, but der was one Oi had meh eye on, dis dark fella in black (Stygian). I sensed sometin evil bout him dat made meh stomach tighten to a knot. I said noth'n at deh toime, we marched off te investigate.
In deh woods we killed many a wolf, but des be already dead when deh attacked and movi'n wit energy ov evilness. We finally came cross what deh druid types deermined was deh source ov deh evilness, some cloud of mist it seemed te meh. I went to test it by throw'n a bottle a meh holly water in der. I was immediately pulled in like someone grabbed meh by meh arm. I was a goner, if not fer some ov deh others dat saw meh gett'n taken away n helped meh out.
More taitned wolves came te us whoile deh druids troied teh remove deh curse on deh land. Dis one fella ov deh land, Enzo, prayed teh Folian n was granted a magnificent wolf te help us foight. It was a difficult foight, but we was victorious in deh end. Praise Vorax for giv'n meh strenth at dis toime a need. Oi never knew how deh curse came upon deh land, but dat dark fella seemed awful happy he come along.
Dis Oi learned. Trust the instincts dat Vorax give ye, n do somtin bout it. I had a feel'n bout dat feller, n Oi nay did noth'n te keep him from better'n his evil knowledge. Letters of Love - Mixafix - 8/5/10
So Oi met wit some others dat said deh were help'n a lad foind his long lost fatha. We had some clues dat led us te deh mountains up in Hammerbound. Der we met some barbarians dat told us ov a mage up furtha in deh hills dat may know somtin. We found dis mage and he said he knew deh boy's fatha and dat his fatha had found some unusual ore n had gone teh a town (//can't remember the name of the town now) te foind out more about deh ore. We was chased by bandits com'n outa deh mages tower, but by Vorax we put em down quick. Deh were no match fer meh axe. Soon Oi will travel te dis place meh hopes teh foind mer.
Dis Oi learned. Deh purpose ov Vorax n dis task was not clear te meh at first. It started dat Oi felt bad fer deh boy n wanted teh help him, but in help'n deh boy Oi found a purpose fer Vorax. I was able te demonstrate te deh others me faith n Vorax, n I found dat even in tings dat seem small at first der always be n opportunity te show others deh pride n power a Vorax. Trust the Axe - Troll King - 10/2/10 final
I answered deh call of Kin from Molten Isle. Deh dwarves of Rhugal's Realm beh need'n meh help. Deh town ov Thoraz had been moin'n n deh run into some Deep Dwarves. Deh traitor kin was surg'n n deh had numbers dat threaten'd teh overtake meh kin n deh town of Thoraz.
We had a glorious group a kin dat came teh help. In particular der was Kobal, a moighty dwarf dat was a Regent. If not for Kobal, Oi tink our party may not have been accepted teh help deh kin on Molten cause deh were very skeptical bout outsoiders. But deh knew him n his deeds.
We fought many a battle te help our kin der. Meh quill go outa ink if'n Oi troied teh write em all here, so nay will Oi try. Oi will try cover some ov it.
At one point der was some sick look'n kin com'n from deh battle loines. A Rhugal leader called em "Rotters". Turns out deh were sick from deh battle, had turned weak a stomache. Oi was ashamed ov dem n said deh should be sent teh cook wit deh woman folk. Deh Rhugal leader said nay, deh aint fit even fer dat, but der is still a purpose fer dem. Turns out deh Rhugal kin put deh Rotters up front in deh battle loines te doie a warriors death n take some ov deh enemy's stroikes. At deh toime I thought dat be a good way teh deal wit dem since deh turned yella. Kobal was nay happy wit dat n wanted teh foind a cure fer dem. I now see Kobal's wisdom n think maybe der was a way te save em. Deh be kin after all, and I tink me embarrsment ov der yellowness caused meh te tink n a way not glorify'n Vorax.
After many battles we were victorious. We had te hold a plateau n fought off many traitor kin. We took some causualties, but we held dat place strong. Later we were asked te help in a final push. We were te rush deh traitor kin in an attempt te sieze der supply stash. It was a gruel'n battle, but we found deh stash n destroyed it. Thoraz was saved n deh traitor kin were pushed back.
Dis Oi Learned. Kobal showed meh a softer soide dat Oi had nay knew about. Oi was all "axe n battle" n he was more reasoned and think'n bout tings. Oi learned from him dat we always need te respect our kin, even deh ones turned sick from battle. As a paladin a Vorax, it is meh duty te see tings dat others don't and teh further deh purpose ov our kin. Oi shoulda looked for another way te heal deh Rotters, instead ov approv'n der move te deh front loines. I respect Kobal fer stand'n his ground n show'n meh dat Oi need te think bout tings more and follow meh heart n trust my judgement when tings don't seem just. Praise Vorax fer dis lesson.

Aye twas a foine day teday. Deh lot ov us dat helped deh Rhugal was invited into deh Temple as tanks fer what weh done. Weh was escorted thru some ov deh most beautiful n well crafted stone halls O've ever seen. Mithril was used as coatings fer much of deh foinal room...it was a soight te be seen. Deh foinest of Rhugal's warriors were in deh foinal room...a real tuff bunch dat ye could tell ye'd want foight wit ye in any foight.
We were stopped at one point n waited a whoile. Den out he came, Urra'Krail Rhugal! Deh leada ov all of deh Rhugal's realm! Oi bowed n could barely speak Oi was so proud. He tank'd us in deh name ov Vorax fer help'n deh Rhugal kin and sav'n Thoraz from deh Traitor kin. He gave us each a scroll dat grants us safe passage n'to his kingdom. He let us go to his armory n pick out some tings to our loik'n. I found meh a mithril great axe ov deh foinest mak'ns. Oi can not put n'to words deh feeling ov pride Oi felt dis day fer servn' Vorax n help'n deh Rhugals. Deh pride ov Vorax was on meh loike a heavy bear coat.
Dis Oi learned: If'n ye seek out te help folk for deh roight reasons, n ye pray te Vorax fer His guidance n ye foight wit honor, den Vorax will repay ye 100 fold. Was n Dalantha talk'n te some folk n dis fancy bard show up wit a red dress all flared out. Anyway, he tells us bout dis amulet dat he look'n fer dats a present from a necromanc'n lich te his wife. He says some Vampire musta got deh amulet n run te deh Moss Crypt. See'n how I nay want dis amulet te fall in deh wrong hands, n ifn ders liches n vampires te chase, Oi was on it.
Well, we done got te deh crypt n fought our share a vampoires n vamporire loike tings. Praise Vorax fer His blessn's on meh axe, cause deh vile beasts nay had a chance wit Him work'n His prowess thru meh axe. Well, comes about we foind a broken sword n a parchement in some loot stash down der. Seems after some read deh parchment, dat deh amulet now be used in mak'n dis broken sword loike. Deh sword still need a claw er sometin te be complete, so now it just a broken sword.
Well we got outa der n saw deh bard n gave em some other amulet we found n dat made him happy. I kept deh sword n took it teh Huangjin fer deh Toranites te research it. Heard deh gots some Learn'n n Lore clerics der dat pretty good bout know bout dis stuff. Oi hope deh foind sometin bout dat sword so we can maybe track down some more vampoires er evil doers n setem straight wit Vorax.
Dis Oi learned: Aye its good te speak up n raise ye voice when ye feel Vorax call'n ye from insoide. Some a deh folk wanted te give deh bard deh sword, n Oi say hell nay! Well den, word from dah Toranites is dah broken-sword nay had any evil in it cause dah magic beh broken. So dat bah good news at least meh tinks.
Aye, seems some of the folk Oi was wit n recover'n deh broken-sword ben act'n wit out meh. Seems they talk'd to some gnome feller dat told em they could make a weapon from deh broken-sword n deh claw by us'n a special cauldron n put'n oter tings in der. Gnome got permission from some dragon tah use its cauldron fer dis ritual. Meh party said deh gnome say dat deh churches ov Vorax, Toran and Rofirein give deh ok in mak'n sometin in deh cauldron. So, I joined dem to sail to dis island where deh cauldron at to see what they were up te.
Our ship ran ground on dah way der, but seems we finally made it to dah place ov deh cauldron. Dis is where it gets interest'n. Oi shook from meh bones to meh soul when they started put'n tings in dat cauldron. Nay seemded roight...don't care what deh Gnome said bout dah churches ok'n it. Weh had a black dragon circl'n over us...in meh heart Oi felt it wrong. Oi prayed ta Vorax fer guidance n he gave it to meh (//Mix let me roll 1d100). I knew what Oi had ta do...stop deh ritual. I tried to tell em to stop, but deh were ALL filled wit greed n wonder, every last one a dem. Azk'a meh kin told meh to stop embrarass'n meh self. Argos told me fer all deh good tings our churches done together to let the ritual go on. I say to dem...NAY!
I went to kick the cauldron over n deh all tried tah stop meh. Hardbrough was lead'n deh ritual n he tried to stop meh as did the others. I mangaged to spill some a deh brew, but nay could get it knocked over. Deh jumped meh n Oi scrambled to try to kick it over..but nay could. I tried to throw holy water on it, but only put a lil ov deh flame out. Now deh got meh bundled up. They plan to proceed wit deh ritual...we will see what wrath they bring on dem selves.....(//waiting for continuation of series).
Dis Oi learned: If ye nay sure what to do, call on Vorax and he will answer ye prayers and guide ye. He knows all n Oim just his servant, and only thru Him and His guidance will I come to know his will. Voraxian Meeting No. 1
Aye we had our first Voraxian meet'n at deh Dwarven Army guild hall. Argali, Zig, Gunder n Meh in attendance. Drank some good ale n had a good talk.
Oi told em Oi wanted Vorax tah have more ova presense in deh world, n dat deh Toranities n Rorfireinites beh steal'n deh show. Deh agreed. Oi asked Argali about her want'n a temple ta Vorax in Lor n how dat waz com'n. She said she just had deh oidea. Well, I told her dat waz one a my idears too, dat Voraxians need a temple te worship dats not way up in deh mountains. Weh need some place more visible n accessible loike. Lor seem's to meh tah be a good nuff place. So, we talked about get'n deh Twin Mayor and Council's approval on it. Also, need to get an official ok from deh Clerics at deh Church. So, we work'n on dat.
We also talked bout get'n involved more in deh current tings happen in deh world n spread'n deh name a Vorax. I suggested weh help deh Hlint folks out n deh agreed. Gunder gona get some healer priests over to Krandor n Fort Last to help with deh injured n Oi gona get some Voraxian patrols to help keep deh relief folks on deh roads to Fort Last, Krandor n Hlint safe in secure.
Some dwarf lass from deh temple showed up, say she was Third Scribe (//played by Mix). Talked to Argali about some gnome Argali was look'n fer. Comes about dat dis gnome got lost in the deep look'n fer emeralds, but more important dat deh gnome beh work'n on somet'n ta shoot geese wit. Well, geese meh nay care about...but maybe dis work on dragons too n could help againt deh war with deh Cult. So, ders some interest der foind'n more out about dis gnome n his goose shooter.
Third Scribe also made mention dat she heard about a gnome dat was n deh spoider cave n silkwood, n dat he had some scrolls about making some catapults. Well den, Oi was toied up n bound in deh folks were gona make der special items in deh cauldron. Der was a bit ov a surprise when a red dragon flew down tah greet us. Turns out it was Zigrum com'n teh look fer meh. Good ting too, cause deh set meh free to help ifn we needed to foight deh dragon.
Sadly der was no stopp'n des folks from complet'n der ritual. I troied my hardest to talk em outa it, but they were stuck on it. As we were talk'n another dragon flew down n landed. Dis toime it was a black...a very large n aged black. I jestured to deh cauldron n den thew some tings in der...den it up n left. Now der was more talk'n mongst our group n still deh would nay listen to meh to stop deh ritual.
Den as we were talk'n dis gnome came yelling for us to help. Seems some gnomes from our sunk ship had survived n got surrouned by trolls n dis gnome said he need'd our help quick. I had tah make a choice, n see'n how deh ritual folks be set on der actions, Oi knew I had tah help out deh gnome people quick loike. Least der I knew I could serve Vorax n help des innocent folks from deh evil trolls.
Deh mission was a success n weh put deh trolls down easy nuff n saved deh gnomes. Come back to foind deh ritual was complete. Deh made three tings, an amulet, a rapier n a compass toype ting. I used my power tah detect evil on deh oitems n deh cauldron n deh all came up clean with no evil. But, I gota flash ov evil on somtin else. After look'n n look'n Oi found out where deh evil com'n from...it was Azk'a, my kin. Oi asked him, n he said he had picked up some ov deh molten rock under deh cauldron where deh foire was.
Argos wanted to take it back to deh Toran church fer a looksee, but Oi said nay we gota bless it n try tah remove deh evil. Oi didn't want dat on our boat. Well, nobody listened, n sure nuff on deh way back deh seas got shiffy outa nowhere n Argos got slippery hands n dropped deh molten rock in deh ocean. *shakes his head* who knows what future dat evil will see now, but nuttin we can do bout it now.
We got back to Hurm and first thing Oi did was check in wit deh Church a Vorax tah see if They did indeed give deh blessing for the ritual with the cauldron to take place. To my surprise..they did. Apparently dis over my head, cause it sure seemd wrong to be mess'n wit a lich claw, a broken corathite blade, and a dragon's cauldron. But maybe Vorax keep meh bling to it for my own good, or maybe ders a reason He let it happen dats beyond my brain. Either way, deh items been made n now we gota wait to see what happens when deh cool down n the process is complete. Fer now the items are unworkable. So, I departed from deh fire island n I set sail fer Belinara where I hope to speak tah General Mournmalk who leads deh Voraxians der. Maybe he can help de Lorites. We will see. Went on an expedition into deh Frozen South wit some folks to see about some possible Tol'eflor ruins. Aye, well weh got der n turns out nay were Tol'eflor but was goint ruins of some sort. Some folk were upset but deh place was filled wit deaders ov all toypes so dat was good dat weh got to whack some a dem. Weh took down some notes on deh scribings on deh pillars in deh ruins. Maybe dat will help figure what all deh ruins mean to us n who made em. Sure nuff Oi was com'n from the Dwarven Guild Hall n when Oi got to dis small town der beh a problem. Meh n some others helped rid some bandits so dat deh good gnome of deh town could be burried on der burial hill. Turns out deh gnomes der had a contraption dat sent em straight to deh Soul Motha. Nay know if dis is roight, but seems it what des people wanted, so I nay worry bout dat too much.
Ting was weh get to talk'n wit deh underkeeper, n he say if weh had three more candles, weh could make deh portal werk n go see deh Soul Motha! Now, dats one interest'n prospect der. Nay know if I wana go der n fer what, but could be useful later meh tinks. So, we set out tah foind deh other three candles. Turns out weh found one, but long n for the two deh had went miss'n. So now weh only got one. We'll see ifn we can foind the other four den. Got to cut some trolls down and weh also found some deader zombie types dat weh sliced up good. Found some ruins where der was some more deaders n a couple necromanc'n type deader mages dat gave us some trouble but weh got dem good too. Well, we continued our mission teh try n foind n secure dem soul motha candles. Group of us been look'n fer em, but las toime weh hada split. Seems dis Arkolio fella got disrespectful to deh kin n questioned why we had to do it deh "dwarf" way. Well, weh set him straight n told em dat Vorax was lead'n dis mission n what Vorax say go, and if he had any more stupid questions. Oi moight add, last toime dis Ark fella also had some unsavory types wit him dat Oi nay felt good bout (//Alandric, Duchess and Nym something/dark elf new char). Oi sniffed dem folks out n told em deh best get walk'n n follow Ark out of deh Inn cuz we nay want em on dis mission.
Ended up we done split up n tah two groups rac'n tah foind des blasted candles. At dis point Oim nay sure if der be any useful purpose out of dem, but deh more important mission now seems tah not let em fall into deh wrong hands loike. Even if deh nay have a good use, deh may have n evil use dat need prevent'n.
Anyways, tah shorten dis up, we went on a wild goose chase tah some wedding n turns out dem folks nay had deh candle. So, Oi wish deh candle seekers Vorax speed n Oi hope dat our team get deh candles firs so as to keep deh evil doers from get'm. The situation at North Point go'n well n Oim loik'n meh command 'ere. Deh troops beh n good spirits but deh toired a wait'n. They wana see deh battlefield n get a taste a des Drachs. Make meh proud der swagger, but weh keep deh train'n up so dat helps keep em focused. Turns out deh woods round North Point gots some good hunt'n grounds, so der a band a hunter kin goi'n out n bring'n us fresh deer n pig kills tah eat. Weh are bond'n well in training and n drink'n n eat'n by our big foires at noight. I pray to Vorax dat dis will help tah carry deh warriors when deh face the evil dat we seek to destroy. Third General Arima wuz in North Point n Oi got deh call tah come see bouts what. Seems some Azzatans gone miss'n n der beh talk about deh Pyros (Pyrtechonites) be'n involved. Der beh some others dat came answer'n to deh call'n n we all assembled outsoide der temple in North Point.
At first Oi waz wonder'n why we'd be devert'n our resources tah help a few miss'n Azzatan's but meh guess is it may beh the tip a deh iceberg loike. Further, Oi don't loike deh Pyro's mass'n near meh base camp ere at North Point. The troops a bit uneasy about it and it nay gona have dem destructive Pyro's snoop'n round meh neck ov deh woods, so Oi decided tah help see what all dis about. Plus, it give meh a way tah break from meh duties a bit n clear meh head. A little exploration n battle beh good fer meh Oi thought.
Turns out 'twas a good ting weh set out. We found em alroight, Pyros. But dat was only part ov it, weh also run across Cultist too! Weh follwed some smoke blooms in deh horizion to deh Pyro's camp. Once weh got close deh attacked us on soight. Was a fierce battle by any account. More dan half our group got cut down. By deh Grace a Vorax, Oi managed tah keep meh feet, but it was a costly battle. Weh had a Battle Priestess, Kylie of Beryl, n she went round rais'n folk.
Weh fought Pyro followers, Demons, Elementals from deh pits, Cultists n some toipe a mage basserds all in deh same field. Deh Pyros were com'n at us n deh also turned on dhe cultists who took deh opportunity tah try to kill some of us. Oim still confused as tah what all happened, but dis is what Oi pieced togetha. Deh Pyro's were do'n der ting, deh had cut down vast parts ov deh forest n were burn'n n destroy'n deh landscape. Deh Pyros also had brutally killed deh Azzatans n deh smell a cooked darky filled deh air. Oi tink deh Pyros were just der tah cause as much havoc as they could. Well, seems deh Cultist be watch'n all dis, n weh deh see us come in to investigate, the cultist took dis toime tah pounce on us n make us foight a two-front battle.
Aye, well, was a costly battle but weh killed a bunch a Pyros n Cultists n Oi feel good about clear'n deh area of der filth. Now weh can get back tah business at North Point wit meh train'n n get'n deh troops ready. General Arima says she gona get wit meh about plan'n fer deh war. She also mention dat weh short on ships, n dats why it tak'n so long to get our troops to deh battle field.
Dis Oi learned: Always good tah follow ye gut. Vorax gona direct ye n all tings n all ye gota do is have ye ears on n listen. Didn't feel roight hav'n dem Pyros close to meh camp n Oi needed a break from camp...so go'n der was deh roight ting tah do. Camp beh secured now. If'n weh had nay gone on deh offensive, who know what dem Pyros n Cultist would have done if we give em more toime to plan n tinker. Praise Vorax fer his guidance!

Oi tink Oi may have n oidea about deh ships needed by General Arima. Gunder, Battlepriest a Vorax, n Oi was on a mission while back were weh helped dis adventurer fella foind some miss'n treasure. Well, Gunder done good n told em we'd help him if he promise us deh use ov ships for deh war effert later on. Dat he promised. So, we was successful in help'n dis fella get his treasure; some spoons or some such lost at sea.
So, Oi pinned a note to Gunder tah follow up wit dis fella about get'n those ships. Seems Gunder is gona seek dis fella out n get him to stay to his word n provide us some ships. Nay sure how many, but even one ship would beh a big help. Dis Oi learned: When ye faced wit what seems loike an ordinary quest fer treasure or trues, its best to search fer a way to convert it tah a mission fer deh Battle Fatha. Rhugal agree to allow all Voraxians to come in train at deh Rhugal Training Facilities ifn the same Voraxians agree to foight fer Rhugal fer the same amount a toime deh train. The Runic Anvil Clan gona beh deh ones dat sponsor deh interested Voraxians n bring em to deh Isle. The King also say dat followers a Dorand were welcome to come n live wit deh Rhugal n practice der trade.

Was beat up n old, but from deh looks ov it, it was an undead smoiter wielded by a famed Voraxian human. Deh book meh not know much bout, but folks wit us say it used for creat'n undead! Apparently deh magicers n our group say deh axe was tah be used n some ritual loike. Oi took deh axe n will bring it to Normand for deh Voraxian priests tah look over n maybe give it a proper rest'n spot. Belli took deh book n say he keep it safe n have some folk study it.

It felt loike weh n on a island not a ship. Deh dwarven craftsmanship beh unmatched. Deh wood was solid n dovetailed n ye could tell deh kin put der heart inta mak'n it deh proide a Vorax on deh sea. Some a meh warriors got bit sick, but weh talk'd bout dat, brought em up topsoide n dat helped.
The mood on deh ship Oi'd say beh quiet but determined. Most ov deh warriors keep up clean'n der axes n arm'a n try tah stay focused. Aye the sea has been koind tah us. The journey is long n soma us get'n a bit ov cabin feva, but weh push on fer our purpose. The seas turned red wit blood the last few days. Cresent ships attacked our loine a ships. Deh Dwarven Axe of the Sea was spared much damage, but som'a our ships been destroyed. Oi watched from topsoide, cuz ders not much an axe can do at sea. Some of our more experienced boats faired well n punished deh dirty slaver ships. They caught us by surprise, but once weh got up tah speed our ships held der own. The Dwarven Axe of the Sea had some surprises on it. When weh got inta range ov some a deh Cresent ships Oi watched some kin crew work des huge contraptions on deh forward deck. They was launchers of some sort n they was big. The launched all koinds a metal fury into deh air at the Cresent ships. Ye could see dat stuff arc'n in deh air toward deh ships...n ye know it wasn't gona be pretty fer em. The catapults furry landed on der ships n wood, men and sail exploded and shredded. It was a wicked soight n Oi was glad tah beh on deh foir'n end n not deh receiv'n end. The foight'n got meh warriors all roiled up now...they ready tah get der boots on deh ground n start swing'n.

Weh slowed deh ships down a few ov deh ships picked up some gloomy look'n folks dat came on from land in small boats. None was allowed on the Dwarven Axe of deh Sea. Was nay sure why till lata. Seems deh Mistites. Weh got back roll'n down deh coast n der deh went n got up n started do'n der chant'n n hand wav'n. Oi knew weh had it den. The winds picked up outa know where; the sky drew black; the storms were upon us. Oi ordered meh men all below deck n tah secure demselves, cuz gona be on rough roide now.
The wind was more dan some ov our ships could bear n weh lost a couple ships when der masts gave way. Weh pressed on n let them linger, the captains nay wana let deh advantage of deh speed get from us. Seems weh had it bad, but deh enemy ships got it worse. Ye could see off in deh horizon der ships get'n churned n caught real bad n deh storms. Der ships was captiz'n n los'n sails n get'n all messed up. Meh kin folk warriors all get'n sick n tossed around. Nut'n weh could do 'cept go wit it n pray tah Vorax tah keep us aloive fer deh battles ahead. For hours it seemed loike weh was n dat storm. Weh formed loines wit buckets tah help bilge out som'a deh water com'n over deh top n Oi tink it helped. Oi was proud ov meh troops tah keep der heads even be'n sick n green. They nay used der axes, but dis was a good test ov der stamina. They pulled thru good, n what nay kill us make us strong'a...Praise Vorax.
After deh storms doied down, weh made port in Sloven, a small port in southern Audira. Was noice tah be able ta kiss deh ground n feel sand on ye feet. Weh be here a bit for som'a deh ships to make repairs n tah resupply. Den weh off tah Alhon. Vorax beh wit us.

Got meh some toime 'ere jus a bit tah wroite some tings down. Deh assault from deh Drachs 'ere at Fort of Last Hope is relentless. Much has happened 'ere at deh Fort.
Weh made a run tah deh east pass tah 'elp bring some supplies in. Weh was ambushed n it got bloody. Weh lost some good warriors n priests, but weh turned dem back foinally n saved deh caravan. Oi was one ov deh las ones stand'n wit Vrebel n Argali. Much as Oi was proud tah foight n live, der was too much loss tah beh proud ov much. But, weh did complete deh mission. Oi never seen Mydrachs loike weh seen dat day. Deh was big'a den Oi ever seen n fast'a. Deh hit wit deh power ov 10 goints n wit deh swiftness ov loightn'n. Deh mages seem tah have nut'n fer em, so up tah dhe foighters tah cutem down. Vorax will'n weh was able tah turn em back. Aye, almost fergot, deh had a dragon come down n foight wit em too. Meh tinks he caused deh most problems, cause most of us were try'n tah kill it, meanwhoile deh Mydrachs come in from behoind us n cut our legs out from under us. Oi was able tah see dis tactic at deh last, n tis what spared meh Oi tink. In deh future, weh better off foight'n dhe Mydrachs n let deh dragon woddle around.
Upon our return, Oi was commissioned as a Captain, 'n put 'n charge ov deh West Wall ov deh Fort. Deh had drachs cloim'n all over deh wall n under it tee. Sappers weh called em. Dig'n holes from way back n came deep under us. Dragons swooped down n took out meh archers on top. Was blood hell. Finally weh got some a dem dragons wit Argali's special mithril balistas n some other net type throwers. By Vorax's glory weh was able tah kill two dragons in put a good hurt'n on a third.
Deh Sappa's finally dug underneath us, n deh West wall became unstable. Some Drach Ori raided our food stores. Oi was put n charge ov lead'n a stroike team dat was tah go down n deh Sappa's tunnels n foight em. Some goints were wit us, respect'n Fenrir's alloiance. Deh goints found deh Sappa's holes. Oi jumped down in deh hole with a select group ov dwarven warriors n weh started cut'n n cleav'n soon as weh got down. Weh caught 'em by surprise n dat help'd us kill a bunch ov em n claim our soide ov deh tunnel. As weh started mov'n der way, Oi heard deh horns sound. Dat meant pull out ov deh hole. Lady Commanda saw dem massing towards deh tunnels n wanted to fall back tah deh Inner Fort n collapse deh tunnels. Was a good oidear, but weh lost deh West wall, n had tah fall back tah deh Inner Fort.
Now weh in a toime ov cease foire loike. Lady Commanda is over talk'n wit der leada's wit three others she took wit her. It give us toime tah make repairs, rest a bit, n strengthen our position. Nay sure ifn it was deh bes oidea tah head over der, n meh stomache dropped when Oi seen dat whoite flag deh was fly'n, but she deh Commanda n dat her call n Oi respect dat. Oi hope she return, but fer now weh ain't let'n our guard down.
Oh, n weh also had a mission tah clear a way out if'n weh have tah leave deh Fort. Oi was part ov a stroike team dat went down some old caves under deh Fort. Somtin evil's brew'n down below and its push'n n thump'n tah wana come out. As deh war grows tah an end Evil will be try'n tah reach out n take advantage of deh weak n injured. Oi'm not sure what god des Drachs follow or if der godless, but deh sure nuff evil. They pray on deh weak n enslave others. Weh make camp again as weh still somewhere in deh Witherlands met tinks. So far, der been a few skirmishes wit small groups ov drachs but nut'n organized loike. Weh dealt wit deh enemy quickly wit our numbers, but tis a good remoinda ov how danerous des beast can beh. Der was one battle Oi rememba though. Der was one a dem big ones, Skulkers weh call'em, and he was surrounded by bout four of deh smaller winged ones. Deh launched at our roight flank about mid way down our loines. Weh was going thru a narrow pass in a revine n deh jumped down from above us. Deh foight begun bout 100 paces ahead ov meh. The drachs happened tah split our ranks wit a unit of Toranites on one soide n Rofireinites deh oter. Oi made my way tah deh battle quick as Oi could.
Oi got der as deh foight'n was fierce. Deh space was narrow, n deh battle seemed tah play out loike weh was frozen n toime, loike everything was mov'n slow. Oi looked round n saw deh shield n armor emblems of Toran, Rofirein n Vorax all in dat small space foight'n dem drachs. Weh was all covered n deh splatter'n flesh n blood a battle. As weh hacked at dem it was loike weh all noticed eachoter at once but kept foight'n. Oi nay forget dat battle. When deh drachs was put down, weh removed our helms tah see eachother's faces. After catching our breaths n looks on our faces of sterness n tenacity, then our faces changed, weh all broke a smoile about deh same toime. Aye Oi'll never forget. Roight den n der Oi realised how importan hav'n allies is n how much Oi respect'n deh Toranites n Rofireinites. Oi was excoited 'bout battl'n deh minions of evil n deh dark n deep nasties dat beh enemy tah Vorax. Der beh much work dat can beh done down der tah glorify deh Battle Fatha's name n carry out His will.
All of us seem'd set tah go but meh. Oi turned tah meh left tah get a closa look at dis one skinny female Oi nay sure about. Deh call her Ty er somtin (//Hellblazers dark elf female). Oi tell her she wear deh colors a Vorax but she ain't no Voraxian. Oi demand she declare 'er self. Gunder say she a Darkie n dats when Oi rememba' 'er. Long ago she was wit a group Oi joined briefly, and she remoind meh a dat. Oi knew der was sometin wrong 'bout 'er at deh toime, but nay could figure jus wah. Oi tell her n deh res dat a Darkie nay gona join deh a Voraxian War Party go'n down tah deh deep n she need tah get her self gone quick loike. Others in deh group try tah calm meh down say'n Oim mak'n too much of it. Some vouch fer her, say'n seh alroight n good heart, bla, bla, bla. Deh all koinds 'ere, old, young, seasoned, green, short, tall, dwarf, elf, believers n non-believers. Oi make sure tah show meh proide n Vorax n meh confidence n meh belief. Der are many dat wander still in our ranks wit out know'n deh moight n comfort dat Vorax provide. If'n Oi can foind jus a few a dem, n lead deh worthy ones tah deh Battle Fath'a den Oi done good. Sometin was mak'n meh feel icky n unclean n was dragg'n meh backwards. Could nay place meh moind around it, until it foinally hit meh...magic. Deh magic Oi'd been let'n Magicers n oter folks cast on meh has dirtied meh path tah deh Fatha. Oh heard ruma's about some dragons maybe fly'n round Point Dart so I figured nay betta toime den tah visit deh Fatha's temple in Norand. Oi packed up three weeks rations n got me cloimb'n gear gather'd. Nay sure what Oi do ifn Oi came across a dragon, but Oi know dat Vorax would guide meh when deh toime came. Rainstorff was fearless n vigilant, n he was deh first chosen a Vorax. Oi started out in Dalantha n made meh way tah deh Roll'n Hills. Spoke tah some farmers n otha travela's on meh way n nay a soight ov a dragon. Oi came tah Mistone tah investigate deh soit'ns ov dark elves on deh surface near Silkoood. Oi asked around n found out deh Rofi's got camp set up n deh fores near some temple der. Aye Kian n Riley both Holy Warriors fer Toran, so wit meh n deh group weh now got 3 Holy Warriors n a green dwarf. A grand day weh Oi can travel with kin n worshipers a Vorax n worshipers a Vorax allies. Our Tory brothers always welcome in battle, as long as deh don't muck it up too bad *grins*.

So, weh set off tah dis cave where darkies been spotted. Sure nuf, weh get n der n deh darkies mixed n wit deh crawlers. Was good tactics by dem. But deh Battle Fatha shoin'n down on us, n weh figured der ways out soon, n deh four ov us started tah carve a bloody n oozy path down further. Weh search dah bodies but nut'n on em 'sept der equipment n trues. Didn't tink we'd foind much tah tell us on em, but weh search anyway. Weh mainly in der tah slay deh filth and keep em in check till a full hunt parrty can get down der n foind deh source a der invasion n put n end tah it.

Des darkies different den deh standard warrior, des were blend'n n wit deh rock n shadows n den deh stroike ye n deh back.
