Title: A rare cloak wanted, one of dwarven makes.

I am seeking a cloak that the lost clan of dwarves in K'Halziras have made in the past, I have seen a few of them but the luck has slipt through my fingers so far. If you have one of these, do contact me.
I would like to pay with coins.
