Title: 250 Hurm

I just tried to place a portal in 250 Hurm and recieved the message that "furniture cannot be placed in 250 Hurm" (and it ate my deed for the portal too :( ).

This should now be fixed.

Ask a GM to hand you a replacement portal deed.
