Title: Update - transitions trouble

Description: When going from center to Windjammer's bay. You "spawn" in Windjammer's bay on the transition. Which might be tricky for those of us that move using the keyboard... you end up sort of running in circle from Center to Windjammer and back.

Transition points have been moved out of the area transitions.
