I was just curious... What program was used to put together our various Layo Maps?
-
I believe it was adobe photoshop, which is mentioned briefly on the Layo facebook page.

Rasterick used a variety of things, including Photoshop and some other helper programs to do the topographical maps. If he sees this, I'll let him answer, but that was the bulk of it, I believe.

Although I dont think this progam was used in the layonara map creations (maybe?), My D&D PnP group uses Campagin Cartographer 3 (http://www.profantasy.com/products/cc3_upgrade.asp) for our world maps.
Its a neat little program with some good graphics to spray around. The one main drawback is that there are way to many add on packages to have to purchase if you want all the "bells and whistles" in your maps. It just depends on how much detail you want to your maps.
