Title: Bug - Cannot Harvest CNR In Fort Miritrix

Description: There are three blueberry bushes and a grape vine in Fort Miritrix next to the mill. I cannot cross the river to get to them or go around the mill. They are affectively blocked from being harvested.

Location: Fort Miritrix.

Verified:

Reproducable: Yes.

You kind of have to slide sideways around the corner of the mill to get to them. It's a trick, but it's possible.
