Title: Outside the Black Wizards' Tower

Description:  The monsters spawn at Outside The Black Wizards' Tower, can be disabled with damaging the spawner it seems, shot a hellball at them, and now they haven't been respawning 8)
 
 Location: Outside Black Wizards Tower, Belinara, Central

 Reproducable: Could be!

AoE spells like that can damage the respawner object that gets created.  I'm pretty sure though that the only creatures there are CNR animals. Whatever the case, it'll be resolved on the next reset.

But really? Tossing out hellballs outside of the Black Wizards' tower? *tisks...and makes a little note*
