Residents of Hlint and the surrounding farmlands have been stunned by a roiling fog that has enveloped the lands to the north of the town where Morakens abode lies. The billowing black and red fog cloud completely surrounds Morakens tower and is filled with angry jagged lightning bursts.
The sounds of loud explosions and tonal reveberations have carried as far as Hlint, many farmers and landholders to the north of the city have been evacuated to within the towns wooden palisade surroundings.
Riders have been dispatched with haste in all directions since the two scouting parties sent towards the ominous display failed to return.
For over four hours now the raging maelstrom has hung like a great pall over the lands to the north of Hlint completely obscuring any vision of Morakens great tower.
-
In the past few hours members of the Phoenix Quill have convinced the Queen of Trenalia to send the Fifth Queens Guard regiment to Hlint in order to evacuate the northern farms and parts of the town for the safetly of the populace and have asked Spellguard to mobilise as well as sent word to Hilm of the attack by Cult forces.
The Queens soldiers have arrived at Hlint and been working steadily to evacuate most of the citizens to a staging area in the southern fields.
Adventurers in Hilm have rallied to the call to come to Morakens aid against the suprise Cult strike.
Mages have arrived from Spellguard as well to do what they can against the major strike.
-
Another update, adventurers supported by mages from Spellguard and several Toranite units accompanying Sir lance Stargazer and Lady Daniella Stormhaven have just returned from a strike at the forces seiging Morakens Tower in an attempt to break the seige.
Within hours of their brave advance they stumbled back through the gates of Hlint, badly wounded and having suffered numerous losses. Their assault weakening the defences the Cult had in place but by no means penetrating it.
At the same time more Phoenic Quill members arrived revealing that Morakens tower had been penetrated when the Cult first struck and the portals within in the lower levels overrun before Moraken could get his defences up. The fear is that if they Cult break the wards on the portals they can use Morakens tower to bring in more forces.
The Adventurers have met with Pheonix Quill members, Lucindites and Toranites in an attempt to find a solution to the problem.
-
*Word is sent from Daniella Stormhaven, Champion of Toran's Divine Will, to Fort Llast with orders to help in any evactuation plans of Hlint, bringing those they can to Fort Llast if they are willing to get them out of harm's way temporarily until the threat has passed.*
-
Another update, creatures from the planes have arrived in Hlint to bolster and support the adventurers and others gathered to try and help Moraken. Even as this notice is posted they advance towards Morakens abode yet again. This time with a great deal more support than before.
-
Another update, the adventurers have broken through the front lines of the Cult and advance on Morakens tower. Again they have suffered heavy losses but they gain ground and the remaining Cult forces are desperately counting on the second strike group that flew over from Kuhl to arrive.
-
Another update, the adventurers have reached the edge of the grove where Morakens tower lies. It is here where the second strike group, that included a massive bronze and black coloured corrupted dragon, fell on the adventurers, several more fell beneath their assault but the latest word is that those remaining have reached the base of Morakens tower and are trying to find a way to get inside to help whoever remains. As yet the portals remain closed to anyone from the outside and there has been no word from anyone inside for two days.
For the moment, us here in Hlint wait with baited breath for more updates...
-
Upon hearing the rumors, Daniel makes his way to Llast where he questions the couriers sent by Lady Daniella. Heeding the summons, Daniel sets up an aid station not far the temple of Illsare and begins doing what he can for stricken adventurers and injured townsfolk alike. Occasionally, he makes forays out to retrieve the fallen and bring them back into Hlint's walls.
-
*Görmungard is seen roaring in anger and frustration at the edge of the forest north of Hlint, unable to follow and help the brave souls who went through.*
-
Elohanna has offered as much as she can to aid the refugees, offering them refuge in her home, tending to their wounds and trying to bring them comfort as much as she can. Those that need more specific care she arranges to have them transported to the Krandor Hospital.
-
Once Champion Stormhaven's orders arrive to Ft. Llast, Ian Ashalley makes haste for Hlint to aid in the evacuation of the townsfolk.
As he arrives, he notices Daniel's aid station near the temple and checks in with him to see if any injured or deceased still need to be collected and brought back behind Hlint's walls.
-
An elven figure watches from the edge of the woods at a safe distance from the strike force. The figure was once seen with the strike force that fought through the Green Dragon Cult's defensive lines. Upon the second attack, the figure disappeared into the woods.
-
At the sight of Ian and his offer, Daniel offers a grim smile and a shake of his head. "There are forces at war out there that even I, a veteran of countless patrols tremble at , Ian. I would not venture forth if I were you." Daniel points to a resident of North Hlint who has suffered what appears to be acid burns to to most of his right leg. "There are many like him that will not last the night unless they are removed from here. Dragons fight against us, Ian, a black by the glimpse I saw yet other beings rarely seen fight with us. True War is upon us and I wonder if the strain of it shall not lead to some further catastrophe. Gather what wagons and beasts you can and load him and the others upon them, see them safe to Fort Llast. Lady Elohanna has offered her tower as a refuge should the Temple be full. Return as quickly as you can with more healers and supplies. By all accounts, we are winning, but the cost is..staggering" With that Daniel moves on to the next victim, his hands steady and eyes burning with purpose, despite his growing exhaustion.
-
After Ian is briefed by Daniel on the currrent status of Hlint and viewing the burned, he heads off to collect as many working carts, wagons and Oxen that he can persuade to get. He asks for aid from some able local men in the the loading of the victums onto the wagons and carts and a few of them to escort the transport down to Ft. Llast with him.
Once the caravan reaches Ft. Llast, Ian heads into the Temple to give word to Marl on the status in Hlint, and that healers and supplies are desperately needed. The burned and injured are brought into the Temple and tended to by Toranite healers. The Temple offers what they have on hand and some of the carts and wagons are loaded with healing supplies and some potions.
Ian takes the wagon caravan back toward Hlint with a few volunteers wanting to help now in tow...
-
*Chaynce arrives searching about for Lance or Daniella, wrapping the wounds as he travels, looking for the paladins in gold and blue. Concern grows on his face as he treats the wounded, all the time asking for the Toranites to anyone who will hear him*
-
At Moraken's tower the adventurers hold, Morakens own great magical energies shift and shimmer around the tower but do not diminish.
Tod works carefully and methodically along with others to ascertain the substance of the breach that the Cult made through Moraken's defences so they can exploit the breach and use it themselves. In the meantime the call goes out to others who are able to come to the tower and provide support.
Lucindites in force gather and under directions from Connor set up a perimeter that prevents any further portalling to the area in case the Cult has a means to access Morakens portals inside the tower.
// Next quest is on calendar and open to all.
-
Update!
Hilm scouts confirm another large group of Myr'drachs and another Dragon have left Kuhl headed towards the east coast of Belinara. The forces flew along the Horn/Hilm border and were able to cross the eastern beaches before forces could be rallied, heading out to sea.
-
Update!
Travellers and merchants on the main highway between Karst and Krandor have been attacked by Cult forces. There were few survivors who managed to hide in nearby trees after Myr'Drachs and a great silver and blue corrupted Dragon descended on them devouring them for food. Men, women, children, horses and cattle all were eaten by the force before they rose to the air and continued east across Mistone heading towards Fort Last.
Across Trelania the Queen with advice from Connor and members of the Phoenix Quill has issued alerts and mobilised mages, clerics and soldiers in an attempt to find the enemy force currently within their lands and protect the populace.
In Fort Last the towns officials together with the officials from the Toran Temple are setting up defences in case they are going to be the target of the mobile flying force of Cultists. Members of the Order of the Longsword in Fort Last are scrambling to warn all citizens in outlying farms and land holdings of the threat last seen heading towards them and offereing aid and shelter within the city.
All priests and followers of Toran in Fort Last have been stationed around the town in order to best support the local militia and Queens army units around the town.
A unit of Paladins under direct command of Lady Daniella have arrived from the battle near Hlint to also provide direct support.
Meanwhile in Hilm Lord Alexander has sent a strongly worded missive to Kuhl about the attacks they are initiating and warning them to cease and desist in any and all such attacks in case it is construed as a declaration of WAR.
-
*Missives are returned from the Toranites to Lord Alexander in Hilm that they have instigated no such attacks on Kuhl, nor are they aware of any attacks being carried out.*
-
*Upon hearing the latest news of the Cult attacks, Griff Silversand, Paladin of Vorax, rides to Haven Castle to make sure they have notice and are well prepared. He suggests that the castle take in as many town folk as possible and that they fortify their position. If a coordinated sea assault is planned, then a likely arrival location may be along the Gulf of Bagira and Haven may be one of the first lines of defense.*
-
Update!
Across Trelania forces are being mobilised and people flock to the cities and towns in fear hearing of a Cult force on the loose in their nation and the attacks on Moraken.
All forces have been put on alert and ordered to secure the towns and cities.
Aeridinites have arrived in large numbers to the fields and properties south of Hlint where large makeshift camps have been set up for the residents and locals of Hlint.
Inside Hlint itself the streets are quiet, some of the Queens Fifth regiment patrol the quiet streets and direct aid along the main road and out the gate to the north where Moraken's tower lies. Being warned by Lucindite mages directed by Conner the guards have sentries on the western walls overlooking the goblin wastelands watching the sky for signs of flying enemies.
Notable adventurers work tirelessly with local forces and priests and priestesses and laypeople from Aeridin, Ilsare, Lucinda, Katia, Rofirein and Toran and other organisations across Trelania, standing together in such a time of crisis.
So much has happened it's hard to believe that it's only been six days since the Cult's first strike at Moraken and still no sign of the man himself. Still around the lands in which his tower sits violent lightning plays about in the huge black and red magically charged cloud that Lucindites have verified is being caused by the defences put up around Morakens tower.
-
Andrew Reid makes as much haste as he can to the shrine of Ilsare in Hlint to lend assistance, when the news finally hits Mariner's Hold of the attack.
-
*Eghaas makes his way to Hlint hearing of the news and makes his way there helping out the wounded that make their way back to Hlint.*
-
*The knight in blue and gold has not been seen much over the lines, the time recovering of his wounds have made him to be out of sight for some time, yet he has been seen finally appearing on the field wearing his armor and shield ready again for the battle, AS he stands over the fields he moves amoung the ranks of the faithful, examinating the Toranite troops and the evacuation process. He presents with Lady Daniella and works along her to keep the morale high.
In the meantime of his recovery, a messenger is dispatched towards Hilm castle with the report of the events that has happened here, The fall of the corrupted copper dragon amoung the most relevant news,
As he looks over the area, he looks towards the horizon and smiles as he sees Chaynce. Patting his shoulder he smiles and reasures him that they Are alright and that the battle will be dangerous so better be ready if plan to stay .
he seems to be toughtfull when not speaking directly, looking over the crowd for whom is around and helping with the preparation.*
-
A halfling appears on the streets of Hlint, representing the charity Little Miracles, He moves among those helping the battle weary with bulk bought used only once bandages and nearly windproof tents - all at insane price with an everything must go sales pitch.
-
*Vrebel appears from one of the many make shift tents outside of Moraken's devoted to healing those in the fight to take back the castle. He squints to the lightning filled sky over Moraken's as he unwraps a large bandage surrounding his abdomen. He smiles to the nurse as he leaves*
Thanks honey I'll probably be back
-
A young man, newly grown whiskers sparse on his cheeks and chin is spotted occasionally skulking around the edges of the aid station, for those looking he seems to be avoiding a certain Knight of the Wyrm. As he spots what he thinks maybe a captain of the Queen's Army, he darts toward the man, bow on his back, hood in his hands, his face all earnestness. "Scuse me Mister, I wanna enlist in the Queen's scouts. *speaking faster before the man can reply* Me Da taught me ta fight and me Ma ta scout some.." He finishes his speil and waits trying to look competent.
-
Rhakt skulks about in the forest on the edge of Hlint watching the commotion.
He hears of the minor problems the great mage has and hopes he can later, visit the morgue if the old wizard is dead and eat the old goats heart and gain his powers.
*he sits with his head in his hands wondering what disguise might be best to avoid the stares..................he puts down the goblin shin bone hes chewing and wonders if weight loss will ensue overnight*
He gets up to go and find Naster for advice.
-
*After hearing the news, Kylie hastily stuffed her bags with heal kits and potions. She scrambled around the inn's kitchen cooking up a storm; breads, meats, and other rations for Hlint's residents*
*She mounted Snowpea, endearingly reached her hand down to Hayley* Hayley, join me please. *She pulled Hayley up, snapped the reins, and the two girls rode off*
-
//sorry all, I'm out..keep crashing.
-
Update!
Combined forces have advanced on Morakens abode to reinforce those already stationed outside the Tower while those in town ensure the last of the citizens are moved to the southern fields.
-
Update!
Several hours after the forces left for The tower word arrives that the Myrdrachs and Dragon have been spotted approaching Hlint. Fear and dread fills the hearts of those gathered. As the force approaches it splits into two with the main force going north to MOrakens and the smaller secondary force heading straight for Hlint.
They land amidst the houses of several districts in the town and a ferocious running battle is engaged on the streets of Hlint. Heroes valiantly defend the city, they only ones truly able to survive the vicious Myrdrachs stand toe to toe with them while militia and guardsmen are ripped to shreds. Toranite defenders rally around their leader and drive back a large group of Myrdrachs only to have another group emerge from an street further down the road and tear a group of Queens guards to shreds. The combat is fast and deadly and running battles are fought all over the place.
Eventually the heroes rally with the remaining city defenders and bring down the last of teh Myrdrachs in the centre of Hlint just in front of the Wild Surge Inn.
For the dozen MyrDrachs killed early estimates indicate that a score of guardsman, 12 local militia, 15 Toranites, 3 Ilsarans, 4 Aeridinites, 12 Rofireinites, six Lucindite mages and dozens of auxilary supporters including several adventurers were lost. Heavy losses indeed.
-
Update!
At Morakens tower the gathered host managed to penetrate the previous Cult breach in Moraken's defences and use it to their advantage. Even as Myrdrachs assaulted Hlint the Tower forces forced their way in overcoming Cult forces that had set up barricades and trip wires for just such an assault. The battles within the lower levels of the tower were fierce but the host invading the tower overcame the defenders with few losses.
As they began to organise their progress forward another cutl force landed outside the tower with a massive silver and blue corrupted dragon. Sending in Myrdrachs the PC's fought them off before heading upwards into Morakens tower. Sadly they fell victim as the previous Cult forces did to a temporal trap of Morakens which sent them into a holding area where the remaining cult forces were trying to find a way out.
A series of hide and seek battles ensued around the place as the Tower force attempted to deal with the Cultists while trying to find a way to get to Moraken. Eventually they managed to hold off the cultists long enough to emerge from the dungeon to where Moraken was located.
Here they found Moraken and two powerful Cultist mages locked in a time stasis caused by a combination of magics around a TimeStop spell. Each mage locked in the last moments of casting a spell before being caught in the time lag.
-
Update!
Back at Hlint the survivors of the attack mopped up after the battle and watched helplessly as he Dragon flew towards the Tower. Some left to try and help the Tower force and others remained to see to the wounded.
It was then only an hour or so later that once again fear and disbelief hit the defenders of Hlint at the announcement that more flying creatures were inbound. Rushing to the western walls of Hlint they watched in horror as the sky filled with specks that drew quickly closer.
Coming out of the sun the viewers could at first see ten, then twenty, then at least thirty more creatures. The damage that a mere dozen had caused several hours before fresh in their minds many broke and ran in fear trying to get away from the impending attack. Those who remained began to say what prayers they had to say, realising their doom was approaching.
It was at that point when death stared them directly in the face that the group of flying creatures banked out of the sun and angled northwards towards Morakens tower. The defenders of Hlint could see they were not actually Myrdrachs but instead a huge group of Ice Drakes led by one that was almost the size of a small dragon.
Boyed suddely by the appearance of the creatures heading north the defenders rushed to the northern defences to try and strain to see what was going on.
-
Update!
Inside the tower the force worked together to break the time stop that had encapsulated Moraken and the other mages and dealt quickly with the enemy cultists freeing Moraken in the process. Moraken took stock of the situation and dispelled the towers defences and personally led the Tower force outside to aid those fighting there against the Dragon and the Myrdrachs.
-
Update!
As the clouds cleared around Morakens the Ice Drakes arrived, below Myrdrach and the Dragon tore to shreds anyone that came close. Moraken led the Tower force into the foray and the battle renewed again. The sheer intensity of the battle was evident even from Hlint. The forces fighting the Myrdrachs and the dragon fell one by one and the Cult began to get the upper hand as their attackers fell beneath their claws and bites.
From above the Ice Drakes screamed in at the Dragon breathing icy blasts and crystals at the creature enraging it beyond belief them flying up and out of range of the dragons claws. Attacked from above and below the Dragon finally launched into the air after the Ice Drakes pursuing them as they let it far from the battle below.
Encouraged by the Dragons departure the defenders of the tower pressed the attack but they were hard pressed against the Myrdrachs who steadily cut them down until Moraken fought alone outside his tower.
Around him lay the bodies of countless souls who tried to make a difference. Saddened, tired and angered by the scene Moraken unleashed his most powerful spells as the Myrdrachs came for him blasting them to pieces before only the sounds of burning trees around him could be heard.
Collapsing to the ground in weakness and to his injuries from the battle Moraken activated a devcie to summon aid. Within the hour Phoenix Quill members arrived in Hlint to summon any able to travel north to give support.
Out of the dust and ashes around Morakens tower the dead and dying were tended to for the rest of the day. Solemn faces could be seen everywhere.
It was a hollow victory, the lives lost in the engagement was staggering for the relatively small force of Cultists.
A somber time in the history of Mistone and the first blow struck by the Cult in the war that is to come. One that no one can say either side won decisively. A very real reminder of the power, tenacity and brute strength of the forces people will face in the war to come.

Within two weeks reports go out to the world that Hlint is quarantined. No one allowed in or out unless given special permissions from the Queen or Aeridites at this time!
-
As the signs are posted around all the entrances of Hlint regarding the quarantine, letters are sent out to those that Elohanna can trust to offer what aid they can with a list of supplies urgently needed.
Included in but not exclusive to those listed, she is requesting aid from the Tower Academy, The Silver Buckle Inn (Andrew), The Leringard Inn and Tavern (Steel), The Angels (Alazira, Tod, Daniel Benjamin, Chazzler etc), The Toranites (Daniella Stormhaven, Ian, etc), Aerimor, The Krandor Hospital (ShadowLeaf, Sehky, Sil'via, etc), The foundation, Jennara Creekskipper, Connor Gravil and Annalee, and any others they can rely on for aid in this time of need.
My Dearest Friends,
I am sending you this letter from the City of Hlint, who is in desperate need of any aid that can be offered in the form of blankets, food, clean drinking water (as we believe the well may be contaminated), all the fresh bandages that can be offered.
I am asking you however that due to the quarantine of the city to please leave the supplies on the outskirts of Hlint and I will see that they are moved into the city where they are needed most, to help us prevent any others from becoming ill.
Please I am asking you all to help where you can. I am also asking that if any of you were present for the battle at Hlint to send word of your recollection of what happened so that we may be able to find a way to cure this sickness that is plaguing our friends. Please do not try to enter the city itself as the guards have been given strict orders not to allow any in without permission.
Please send word with any aid you can offer. I can not impress upon you all the sense of urgency and how much the aid is needed. Please dig deep and generously to aid our friends in this most desperate hour of need.
Sincerely,
Elohanna Min A'Litae
Priestess of Aeridin
Instructor of the Tower Academy

As Leaf finishes reading the letter from miss Elly, he makes sure that his family is safe and secure before making haste for Krandor.
Leaf runs into the hospital and quickly informs the administration that word needs to be sent immediatley to all members of the Krandor Area Response Team (K.A.R.T) relaying that the town of Hlint is in need of our aid and the team is being dispatched to the battle ravaged city at once.
After the messenger birds are sent off, Leaf starts preparing the Oxen teams for K.A.R.T transport and starts loading numerous fresh water jugs, blankets, food rations, bandages, stretchers, blankets, healing potions and clean surgical blades onto the carts and wagons. He receives word from the hospital staff that the K.A.R.T members have heeded the call and some will be in arriving in Krandor shortly and the others are making their way to Hlint this very minute.
-
Update!
Tragedy after tragedy. No sooner are the bodies of the fallen defenders of Hlint interred and the bodies of the attackers burn't than a new threat rises from the ashes of the old. A mysterious plague now spreading through the town.
-
Andrew, just in the door after returning to the Buckle, gets the notice and and begs Autumn to stay with Ty until Tyra can come, and to write her to do so. He loads up sacks with all the healing supplies they were storing for the clinic and rolls a few empty kegs left over from Weary Traveler days to the portal.
Letting the staff know to use their judgement on whether to stay open in light of recent events and the intense construction, he puts Michael in charge, leads Sonata to the portal, and pushes the barrels ahead before following with the sacks and his horse.
In Center is Ribeye, his trusted - well, placid - ox. Unhappy to have his meal and rest disturbed the ox only tolerates having the kegs and sacks strapped to him. Andrew, Sonata, and Ribs make for Hlint, stopping in Krandor to rent or buy a wagon and check the hospital for anyone - KART would be useful right about now!. The kegs are filled with water that smells now faintly of hops and malt, and using Sonata as a wagon horse - a role she seems to know, from some time in her past - they head to Hlint.
-
After falling in the final assault on Moraken's, Steel awakens from Hlint's bindstone. Despite the miles of distance between Hlint and the tower, he can still hear the breaking booms created by Moraken's magic. He wonders if there are even any trees still standing near the tower. Shrugging off the fatigue, he surveys the carnage. Dead body after dead body. Many of them in more than a few pieces.
Helping to clear out any remaining cultists, Steel stays around Hlint for a few days, cleaning up the mess and recovering from his own wounds. He intently searches the bodies of the fallen Cultists, as though looking for something in particular.
As the call goes out for aid, he assures his former teacher, Elohanna, that although it would take more than a month for supplies to reach Hlint from Leringard, he can offer a donation of True and spirits (alcohol for the wounds), both of which he can teleport directly to Hlint (or rather, some distance outside of it due to the quarantine) or Fort Llast as needed within a few days (being that he can carry the goods himself).
EDIT: To be clear, Steel was in Hlint before the battle at Moraken's was finished.
-
*clarification: Those of the group that left to defend Hlint also saw to the burning of all dead, the patching up and mending of all wounded. All cultists were killed and all of their bodies, Myrdrachs and others, were taken outside of the city and burnt there to avoid any possible explosions as recently has been known to happen. The city was in shambles, but was slowly being repaired after the battle until it was seen fit that those who had been evactuated to Ft. Llast could be returned to their homes.*
-
Within two weeks reports go out to the world that Hlint is quarantined. No one allowed in or out unless given special permissions from the Queen or Aeridites at this time!
*nudges this for visibility*
Two weeks after the attack, no one will be allowed back into their homes in Hlint if not already within the town's walls. Whatever aid that is brought after that time, which will be most of it given the distances involved, will be intercepted outside of the city walls and brought inside only through a procedure meant to minimize the exposure of those outside the gates to those quarantined on the inside. Only a scant few individuals with authorization are permitted to enter and leave the town under any circumstances.
The Queen has declared a state of emergency for Hlint and has granted authority to the Aeridinite Sisters of Rebirth for managing the containment, with members of the Queen's forces tasked at enforcing these containment orders, with lethal force if necessary.
Housing portals in Hlint and teleportation to and from Hlint have been rendered inoperative due to a portal dampening field set up by a contingent of Lucindites who aided in the defense of Moraken's tower.
((Yes, these are all RP-only, at the moment. Please don't make us contain or kill your characters. Respect the signs at all the entrances to Hlint, please.))
-
For further clarification, Hlint was evacuated during the attacks, and while some accepted the offer of Fort Llast, some 450 miles distant give or take, others went to stay with family while the rest stuck it out in a safe zone until the battle had ended. Most of those who stayed returned to their homes within days and tried to go about resuming some degree of a normal life. For the most part, it is this subset of the population who are now quarantined, along with those defenders and support personnel who remained in town during the battle.
-
Upon discovering the Cultists bodies that attacked Hlint to have been burned, and sometime before the days the Quarantine is announced, Steel is seen searching the bodies scattered near Moraken's tower, even as they are being cleaned up.
At some point after the clean up is done, Steel is seen conferring with various other adventurers and people of note. Apparently, he did not find what he was looking for.
-
Evidently there are a number of people searching the Cult bodies in the days that followed the attacks. Including members of the Phoenix Quill on behalf of Moraken.
Its soon clear that what they are searching for is a plant that was rumoured to be in Moraken's possession that could have been used against dragons.
-
//can any of those responding to Elly's request for aid also send your recount of events of the actual attack to Rowana?
-
*sometime after the Voraxian's meeting, voraxian patrols are dispatched to the roads leading to Hlint, Krandor and Fort Last to protect the many caravans that are coming to the aid of the people in Hlint. These patrols of dwarves are clad in Voraxian colors and ensignia. They are charged in keeping those sending aid safe, helping to carry and haul things and what ever else is needed to speed the recovery along.*
*In addition, Voraxian Healers are sent to report to Fort Last and Krandor to aid in the tending to to the sick and injured. They ask be stationed where they can help most and will help in any way they can*
-
**The Voraxian healers are welcomed in Ft. Llast with open arms though there is not a great need for extra healers. There is some eye to have extra on hand in case of a spread of the disease in Hlint and Ft. Llast's largely Toranite healer population make the Voraxians as welcome as they can.
The same assistance offered in Krandor is generally appreciated but they are politely but firmly told there is no extra need at present ((this excludes Krandor's Hospital, but refers to the Healing House and other normal local providers that might be in presence there.))*
