Title: War Council venue change

Due to recent events, the War Council venue has been moved from Huangjin to Blackford Castle.  This is pending, though, due to necessary GM involvement.

The War Council will meet as planned tonight.  For those that attend, please remember that if you are not a member of the War Council, a speaker presenting to the War Council, or otherwise asked by the War Council to be present, security will not allow you through to the meeting.

If you feel that you should be there for some reason please contact one of the following people:
 
Campaign Commander Lance Stargazer of the Unified Ground Forces
Lady Commander Daniella Stormhaven of the Toranite Forces
Captain Argali Trueaxe of the Beacon Guards of Lor
Connor Garvil
