Title: Pirate Raiding Party in Windjammer's Bay

Kati in Center has asked for help from any adventurers that pass by her wagon. Pirates have landed a raiding party in Windjamer's bay and are pillaging the area. Authorities are many several days away from any meaningful counter measures. A courier bringing a family ring to her from Port Hempstead has disappeared. She is offering a modest reward for help in returning the ring.
