Description: There is a paladin warhorse tied up at the campfire in the Goblin Wastelands. I am the only player logged in ATM and I know it isn't SehKy's unless Ilsare has decided to bless SehKy as one of her chosen heh heh. It has been here for a couple of RL days.

No need for a report.
The next server reset will clear this issue.
Most likely cause is a paladin had their horse summoned and logged off the server before dismissing it.
