I'm looking for a group to adventure with similar levels.
Well I'm stumped on what else to write... That one sentence pretty much sums up everything I wanted to say.

Is the Toran Leadership Program (TLP) still happening? If so thats something you defiantly need to get in on!
What is the best time of day for you to play? (make sure to put down a timezone we have players from all over the globe!)
What if any NPC quests do you have that you need help with?

Well I'm in eastern time US and generally 4pm to 9pm except on Tuesdays, because of my pathfinder game and Wednesdays I have CYM at 7pm. For NPC quests I really have only done the ones in center and all the letter and package quests. And the scarecrow quest. And the quest with the griffon that ate the cow.

Nope, the original TLP is over for now. If we decide to do it again in the future we'll let everyone know.

For the LFG to work you have to put down a time (ish). Like "I'll be on in one hour (start time 9pm edt)". Or you can say "I'll be on thursday 3/1 at 9pm edt". Or at least say "I am normally on week nights starting at 9pm edt".
It may also help to say where you want to go or what quest you want help with. Like "lets go to the dragon isles and adventure" or "looking for help with Trent's call to me to get the kabold stick".
Generally, as far as making your char stronger you need better gear. Start building credit at the Saddlebag, and/or shop around at some of the guilds. Gear can make a big difference for fighter types. I would start a craft, probably alchemy, so you can make your own heal potions and some other neat things. It will give you more demesion and some thing to do and save you trues.
If you can even find one person who has a lowish level like yours and meet with them regularly to do the static quests or look for flags..will help you alot.

What davidhoff said - specify time, location, and good times for you to meet up.
Most of my characters are low-level, and I'm sure there'd be some fun in running around Mistone a bit.

I have the perfect Character for you to play with that I have. Senzle Lempkin a level 10 fighter, rogue. He needs a paladin's influence to stay out of trouble. I also have a level 5 Dwarven Cleric of Toran that could use some company.
I am available during you posted times. I have one caveat in that my time needs to be booked in advance. So if you want to plan something send me a PM and we can make a regular get together. Maybe others would like to join in as well, you never know.
