Title: Auctioning Houses?

One of my characters would like to auction off their house and donate all the proceeds to the church of their choice. If this is permitted, what would be the process?

Basically...

• Hold the auction
• Exchange keys for money
• Ask for a transfer, if necessary
• Donate the money

Not really any more than that.

As an alternative, you could do the whole thing in-game without any administrative oversight. It would involve the buyer giving the seller all but the market price for the house, the seller selling the house (and getting money back) and then the buyer buying it from the agent right away.  Of course, if the auction doesn't meet the standard price, then that can be an issue.

I'm pretty sure that's how Teo went about it. So no admins or GMs had to do anything at all.
