So was looking about for mods to a couple of my other games and came across some for NWN and this script gave me an idea if it has not yet already been implemented
AI - Light Shy Creatures at Neverwinter Nexus - mods and community (http://neverwinter.nexusmods.com/mods/66)
As it describes it there it causes hostile creature with this scrip to flee from other creatures carrying a light source (Torch, spell, what ever) My idea... add script to certain animals and other timid/easily frightened creatures.
