Actually, it mean 4pm CDT (or 5pm without daylight savings, I think), so it starts an hour and a half from now.

No level req. No party limit. This won't be combat heavy.

Bring with you whatever reason your character has for being in Hurm and taking a ship from Hurm to North Point.
