Title: Arsonist attack reported at Bydell

Reports start to circulate about a recent attack at Bydell Castle in the Taur'en Kingdom.  A savant of Aragen was attacked with what appeared to be vials of oil set on fire and thrown as the scholar was walking from one building to another.
