Ah, ok... just wanted to make sure. Having to meet in Mariners Hold which is outside Mistone, wasn't really sure if there was a min level or not... never really ventured outside of Mistone.

As low as you feel safe -- I'd recommend 9-10 as a minimum, but I don't mind lower at all -- just have to gauge your own character's abilities if combat actions are in progress.
