Title: Lore Question: Broken Halls

For SehKy, what is considered common knowlege among the elven houses of the Whitehorn about the Broken Halls and the ancient vampire Saproprias (http://lore.layonara.com/Saproprias)?  What can I consider SehKy (Ilsarian of the Whitehorn) as knowing from common knowlege?

The legend of Sapoprias is pretty well-known, and particularly to elves of the region. Someone from the region would be very familiar with the legend, and may have heard a fuller version of the legend than most who are from somewhere else.  

That said, whether someone from the Whitehorn knows more truths about Sapoprias on average is another matter altogether.
