Title: Crafting XP not being given

Description: I was IG crafting and I noticed when making something at 95% success chance that I got no XP.  Is that an error?  
 
 Location: Hempstead craft hall
 
 Verified:
 
 Reproducable: Crafted many times tonight.

Hi Shiff.  

It would help a bit more if you could tell us what were you crafting and in which station. that way it would be easier to see the issue.

For example cutting greenstones at 95% will not earn exp. Seems to me I experienced this a long time ago and asked what was up.

That's exactly what I was doing.  But I haven't crafted anything else today, so I'll check with some potions I have at 75%

Any of the lowest-level recipes have a chance of giving no XP at 95%, because they give so little as it is, and by the time a fraction of that XP is computed, it's rounded to zero.  Sawdust is another one that can have such results.
