Title: Restrictions restricions
Post by: Guardian 452 on January 10, 2013, 06:46:49 PM: An item with multiple restrictions caused me to head scratch a bit today.

One as to meet EVERY restriction in order to use this item? Is that functioning as intended by its creator? In this particular item... Being a fighter/rogue and meeting the required level my character cant equip this. Is this because of the "good" restriction? If one needs to meet all restrictuions doesnt that kinda limit the usage to like 1 person? That is if we have a level 19 or higher good, barb/ranger/fighter/pally LOL

So... is this item functioning as designed?
