actually wolv was a LN fallen paladin at level 1.. he cursed Torans name in public but in his heart still worshipped him... wolv did not set back to the aspiring paladin path untill around 10th or 12th level.. but then spent several levels and many quests returning to the path of paladinship.. including a series of quests to prove to Toran he would be faithful and several quests to change his alignment back to LG..
as brace said wolv never did anything during his time away from the paladinship that would be against the paladin code..
I can't say that i agree with the no multiclassing paladin thing.. I can agree that you shouldnt be a Multiclassed paladin (meaning you alternate levels).. but with layonara PrCs like champion of Toran that actually RECOMMEND that an initiate start as a fighter and become a paladin.. And my personal experience with trying to become a paladin.. i think its a pretty neat experience to go through and I feel bad that very few others will ever get that chance..
but i also feel it isnt something that should be planned out in a character submission .. i think it should be something that develops and is role played.. *shrugs*
guess it really needs to be delt with on a case by case basis.. but its not my call =)
