General Discussion / Remaking of a Character

I would like to remake my character(Tornel Xi'loufin) with all the exact same class/age/etc info as last time, but with a new head and portrait(didnt realize they existed when I created last time).  I am still level 1 in game.  I'm not sure if I am allowed to do this or not, please let me know asap.
