That would be cool but I have never seen in implemented on any NWN server, including one that claims to be updated to 3.5 rules.  I think the problem is that it represents a fundamental modifications to the user interface and game mechanics, rather than just replacing a spell here or their.  It would be fantastic if they could implement it though.
