General Discussion / Re: New Player, hello and questions...« on: April 05, 2006, 09:47:15 PM »
I submitted anyway. Worst thing would be a NO, but maybe someone gets inspired by the character description. I understand the trials and tribulations of running a world and somtimes "absolute" rules are required, but often rules get bent by GMs that are truly attached to their world, which this world seems have. Will I get an email or board PM with the answer? Or should I come back in a week or so? Well, an email would require more effort of your part, I'll just check daily or so.

never mind. After reading the forum sticky's for character submissions, I can't play CN unless I have played another character first, and attained at least level 10. Oh well, after deciding I could bend Pyrtechon to my credo....my RP style is very CN in nature, so anything else will be "off". Thanks all,
looks like a cool world too. Irritatus. 3

Hi all,
I would like to introduce myself. Character name will be Irritatus Maximus (not a fully RP name, but it has a history from old pnp lore, so I keep it). Character info and creed, assuming all gets approved: Dwarven Cleric of Tempus (or appropriate "diety") May have levels of barbarian to simulate the barbarian like abilities of the 1/2E cleric/priest of tempus. Conflict/Combat above all else, filters out the strong and those true to their nature. Sewer of chaos, Chaos IS the natural "order" of things. Goal: Become the diety of Chaos. --- I have a question on the RP of AOE spells on party members. The overview mentions Hammer of the Gods, but Divine spells (most of them, including HOG and Call/chain lightning) Specifically state they only affect enemies in the AOE. Is this RP of these effects on party members example a bad example, or is this effect RP'd out as if the spell descriptions didn't discrimiate? Thanks, Irritatus
