I am interested in the Ring of Wizardy II for 2500 trues. You can find me either in Hempstead or Vehl, doing crafting most of the time. Just send a messenger bird to let me know when you are in town and where to meet.

I would really hate to see Layonara go away. I played here a couple of years ago and thought it was great. I have just recently came back to it and have seen the wonderful development that has happened between the times. I think Leanthar you have done a spectacular job with the world. It is the most alive persistent world that I have came across. It saddens me to hear that you do not get the enjoyment out of it that you once did. I would understand if you shut down the server. If I was in your shoes I would be thinking the same thing, I wouldn't want to create something as good as this world is and see it ruined by a few bad apples.
I would suggest that you give 1 and only 1 warning to those who are ruining your world for you. Send them either an in game message or email warning them that the behavior is not acceptable and if they continued to behavior in a matter that takes fun away from the game, they will be bane permanently. No excuses, not more chances.
It is harsh but sometimes you have to be that way for people to understand that you have reached your limit.
Do what you need to do Leanther to enjoy your world again.

I have kept an eye open for rooms for rent but haven't seen any available except for the one you mentioned but don't know where that is. Is there a certain place people post?
What about making it possible to rent like storage boxes in the craft houses where people can store the crafting tools they need, or store crafting resources.
Maybe someone can come up with a workable soluction to allow a way to store items just for crafting.

As far as I can tell, there is very few houses for players and those that are available is well beyound a regualr player's means to buy. The last time I checked I saw a house that was selling for 175,000 trues. Where or how would you gather that much money?
Maybe there could be a "server apartment complex" were you could rent a room per RT month from an NPC so you have a place to store items to be able to sell or items to craft with.
Another solution could be a in game bank loan from an NPC to be able to buy a house.
Maybe different sizes of houses that have different costs. A small 1 room house that cost say 50,000 trues and a 3 room house that cost 130,000 trues. That way players could sell their house back to the real estate NPC and get a bigger house when they need to.
I don't know how difficult or feasable these idea are but it is very frustating to not have enough room to store crafting ingredients or crafted items to sell. You only have so many slots on your ox and a lot less in the back.

I can see the point in not allowing some classes use of items that they shouldn't be allow to. I can see the unfairness of having to burn a feat to be able to craft items. Creating an item to allow these classes that do want to craft might unbalance the game. So why not make a CDQ item that will allow them to use a specific item to gather the CNR. For example, a wizard who wants to gather wood to craft scrolls could go on CDQ to learn how to hold a woodcutters axe. This way, the GMs are aware of someone wants to craft the item and decide if that character should/would be able to learn the item.

I am having a problem with logging into the servers. I keep being kicked off the server. Someone offered to show me Dregan, where I could gather corn easier. So he show me a portal to go over and when I requested to be transported to the central server, the server kicked me off (probable because I am not high enough level), but when I logged back in, the server keeps kicking me off so I can't correct the problem to get back to the western server, Could I get my character transgered back to the western server please.

I did a search for this subject and didn't come up with anything. I might of missed it though.
My questions is, do familiars share spells with their master when the spell is case on the master? I have a wizard and when ever I case a spell on myself, I don't see it effect my familiar.
