Roleplaying / Layonara Online question... please read ASAP!

Ok I really want to know if Layonara Online is just a roleplaying game or an actual game that you can play.  If it's just roleplaying then why is there the "Holding Out for a Hero" video?
If it is an actual gam then how do you play, and if its not then what game is shown in the video?
