Ask A Gamemaster / need help if anyone is out there please?

i am having a problem downloading the LayoV2_art_V6.rar on your website it will not let me download can you help please? I cannot play online until i download this but it apparently does let me download i would really appreciate the help  and/or comments on how to download this update please?
