It would appear certain individuals of the lower layers of the city have taken a profound like to daylight. Reports tell of them wearing nothing more than bruises, filth and red marks that are believed to be the effects of poisoning. Some witnesses claim to have recognized a few of these individuals as thugs and pickpockets.
