Update: Didn't mean to seem like a noob. I understood the money was in-game. I still think it's a pretty impressive amount. Using excel to keep track of the account is good, and be sure to have a back-up in case it goes down.
Most of the time that stuff is pretty fluid. You could also use some sort of time keeping program to keep track of it. I'm sure you could add some sort of clock to the game. If that were cool with everyone.
I cannot believe people still fall for some of these scams. It seems so obvious, but you hear something about it on the news every night. Did this happen as the result of a resume service? Or was it the actual job posting site that got you?
