New to town

Greetings fellow adventurers,

My name is Balad and I have ventured to your town and I wish to know who is who amoung you.  Is there a wizard's guild?  If so who perhaps would the leader be?  

I am new to your town and wish some traveling companions who might be up for some adventuring through the sewers, or the crypt.  Please post comments here so I might become acclimated to your town.

*stands up from his stool at the bar and walks over to Balad whispering a few words in his ear then sits back down and stares into his glass of wine* ...

**Shiva enters and gives Kobal a glare before ordering a glass of wine, leaning her staff against a table, and watching Tath speak to the man, sipping it gingerly**

After reading the notice Zen Polar turns and yells: "Balad you here?" A being waves me over to him. I walk up and sit at the empty chair neer Balad. I introduce myself as Zen Polar, then I say to Sir. Balad: "Excuse me Sir., I also am new here though I am not a user of magic. Might you wish to have a strong fighter accompany you I would be happy to. All I ask for is that all treasure be divided up evenly among all party members and if someone finds something that will benifet another (you know like an oak staff for me or a spell scroll for you) it be given freely. We can ask the members of the party if that kind of thing is considered treasure or extra. Well what say you, do we have an agreement?" Zen offers his right hand to shake.
