unable to downlaod files

I am unable to log on to the server. I get a message saying I am missing x, y, and z files.

When I come here to the site to download the files I get a pop up saying "unable to connect to (IP Address)

I normaly use Firebox but I have also tried with IE and received a similar result.

I will be greatfull for any help!

I am now able to and have downloaded the files although I still dont know what happened.
