Prestige Classes

Is there anywhere else except for the Players section under Game information that I can find something out about the Prestige Classes?  i have been looking at the Skald class, but I am not sure what it is really made of?  Does it have spells and such like a bard? and if so, how do I find out what they are?  Also, does it use charisma like a bard would?  If anyone has any information as to where to find more information, or if they have info on the Skald class or any other classes for everyone elses help, that would be greatly appreciated.

There's more information about the whole world in the handbook (in the Latest Files Section), but on PrCs it has the same info as what you already looked at.
  Skalds are usually bards, but as you can see, all you really need is:
  Base Attack Bonus: +6 Skills: Perform 6, Lore 6, and Discipline 6 Feats: Toughness
